Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking is now available to members with Smart Phones and other mobile devices. Members must be registered for Virtual Branch (online banking). To sign up for Mobile Banking, from your mobile device simply sign onto Virtual Branch, then click on the Self Service Tab, go to Additional Services and click on Mobile Money. Then follow the prompts for easy mobile access to your account.
Check Copies on Virtual Branch
Obtain free copies of your paid checks from Virtual Branch. Simply sign onto your account, click on the account, then click on the check number. A separate window will open with a copy of the front and back of the paid check.
e-Statements
Menlo Survey is offering e-Statements to all members. To enroll, sign on to your account through Virtual Branch. Select the Self Service Tab and click on e-Statements. A pop-up window will appear. Complete your name and email address and you will be enrolled in e-Statements.
By enrolling in e-Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement. If you have any questions, please contact a credit union representative at (650) 323-2493 or (877) 323-2493.

Instruct the sending institution to direct the funds to Menlo Survey FCU, our Routing and Transit #321173289 for the benefit of your Name and Account Number. We will immediately receive and post the wire transfer to your account.
