We provide Free Medallion Signature Guarantee services on Stock, Bond and Mutual Fund transactions up to $100,000.

ATM Cards

Combining Menlo Survey's ATM/Debit card with our checking account gives you access to cash 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We belong to the CO-OP, STAR SYSTEM, INSTANT TELLER, THE EXCHANGE, and Plus ATM Networks. With your ATM/Debit card you can withdraw up to $600 per day from any network machine. Free ATM withdrawals may be made at all CO-OP ATMs.  Deposits can be made to your regular share and checking accounts at selected Bank of the West ATMs and certain CO-OP ATMs. Your ATM/Debit card can also be used to purchase goods and services at "Point of Sale" locations.

 Virtual Branch

We are pleased to announce another convenience service, Virtual Branch - online access to your accounts 24/7.  With the security of your own unique User ID and Password in addition to security questions only you know to access your account, you can feel rest assured of the safety of our online services.  Virtual Branch allows you to conduct Credit Union business online - check your balance, review your history, even transfer funds with a click of a mouse.  In addition, we offer free online bill pay.  Set up your merchants once, then begin paying your bills online and save the cost of postage.  Simply call the Credit Union at (650) 323-2493 or (877) 323-2493 and ask a Member Service Representative to set up access to Virtual Branch today.

Audio Response

We are pleased to announce another convenience service, Audio Response. Audio Response is available to all Credit Union members. Audio Response allows you to conduct Credit Union business with your touch-tone phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is easy to access Audio Response. Simply call the Credit Union at (650) 323-2493 or (877) 323-2493 and ask a Member Service Representative to activate Audio Response for you by establishing a temporary PIN number to get you started. After establishing your new service, you'll be able to use its functions by calling 1-800-463-1849 and entering your User ID and PIN number.  Audio Response is user friendly, safe, fast, and free to members of Menlo Survey Federal Credit Union.
